Suicide. Died May 20, 2009. Born May 22, 1980. She was an English actress and model. She became a face of CoverGirl in 1997 before starting an acting career. Her first film was Perfume in 2001 before going on to have small roles in Spider-Man 3, Serendipity and The Four Feathers. Gordon had played the actress and singer Jane Birkin in Serge Gainsbourg, vie héroïque;. Before the film was released, she was found hanged in her flat in Paris on 20 May 2009 after committing suicide.

She was found unconscious in her room at the Seminole Hard Rock Casino & Hotel in Hollywood, Florida. According to Seminole Police Chief Charlie Tiger, a nurse called hotel desk and security personal went to the room. Smith’s bodyguard performed CPR before she was taken to the Memorial Regional Hospital were she died. She was 39. Anna Nicole Smith first gained popularity in 1993 when she became the Playboy Playmate of the Year. During this same time period she became the lean model for Guess jeans.
