Pedro Armendariz, Jr. was a Mexican actor. Armendáriz appeared in over 100 movies. Among them are The Magnificent Seven Ride, El Crimen del Padre Amaro, Matando Cabos and La ley de Herodes, and played Don Pedro in The Mask of Zorro and The Legend of Zorro. He also had small roles in Earthquake (1974), Tombstone and Amistad.

Pedro Armendariz, Jr. died on December 26, 2011 of cancer at age 71 in New York City in a Memorial Hospital.

He also co-wrote the first draft of the film Wayne’s World with Mike Myers.

Bodolai was found dead on December 26, 2011 in a Hollywood hotel room of an apparent suicide; he was 63.

He was the General Secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea, the ruling party since 1948, Chairman of the National Defence Commission of North Korea, and the Supreme Commander of the Korean People’s Army, the fourth-largest standing army in the world.

Kim Jong-il died on 17 December at 08:30 of a heart attack whilst travelling by train to an area outside Pyongyang.

Christopher Hitchens nicknamed “Hitch”, (13 April 1949 – 15 December 2011) was a British-American author and journalist whose books, essays, and journalistic career spanned more than four decades. He was a columnist and literary critic for The Atlantic, Free Inquiry, The Nation, Salon, Slate, Vanity Fair, World Affairs, and became a media fellow at the Hoover Institution in September 2008. He was a staple of talk shows and lecture circuits and in 2005 was voted the world’s fifth top public intellectual in a Prospect/Foreign Policy poll.

Hitchens died on 15 December 2011 at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. He was 62.
